The Texas Emissions Reduction Plan (TERP) program provides financial incentives to eligible individuals, businesses, or local governments to reduce emissions from polluting vehicles and equipment. The Texas Volkswagen Environmental Mitigation Program (TxVEMP) provides funding to eligible individuals, businesses, or local governments for projects to reduce public exposure to NOx emissions and other pollutants and to prepare Texas for the increased and sustained use of zero emission vehicles.
